“Love adding Pandora charms to my bracelet and we stopped in here while shopping at the mall. We were able to pick up a couple charms that were on sale. YAY! The salesperson that helped us was friendly and made great suggestions. I usually go to the location at Disney springs and find that it’s less busy than the mall location. This location was packed and we had to wait in line outside the store to go in which I appreciated so that it wasn’t overcrowded inside. The salesperson said that it gets like that around the holidays so plan accordingly!”

“The first interaction I had with an employee at this location, greeted me in Spanish, I told her “I do not speak Spanish”, then she walked away without trying to help me by speaking in English. I’ve been a loyal Pandora customer for years — purchasing items for my children, my wife, and myself — and I’ve always had positive experiences at other locations. Unfortunately, my recent visit to the Pandora store at The Florida Mall was the complete opposite. Pandora customer service and the Mall at Millenia Pandora store both confirmed that this location had the bracelet size I needed. I was told I could bring in my broken bracelet, pay the difference, and leave with a new one. It seemed straightforward and in line with the great customer service I’ve always received in the past. However, when I arrived, the manager on duty, Jessica, was dismissive and unwilling to help. Instead of honoring the guidance I received from Pandora’s own customer service and another store, I was told something completely different. The interaction felt unprofessional and unnecessarily difficult, especially considering I came with clear instructions from multiple Pandora representatives. I left frustrated and without a solution — something I’ve never experienced with Pandora before. I hope this location improves its customer service, because the inconsistency between stores makes the brand look bad. For now, I will continue visiting other Pandora locations where customer service is taken seriously.”

“I went to purchase an item and wanted to get my bracelet cleaned, when we asked the young lady she said that on the weekends they no longer clean jewelry. I requested to see where that was stated because I know that’s not a Pandora policy. She continued to say the same thing, I requested to speak with a manager when the manager came, she said we no longer do that but we will clean your item today. I explained to her that if that’s a policy, it should be listed. She just smiled. I found it very shady. I ended up cleaning it at home with Dawn soap and did a better job than she did at the store. Very disappointing!!!”

“I would like to express my deep indignation with this store. I received a ring as a gift about five months ago, and although I don't wear it every day, one of the stones simply turned green. To my surprise, I was informed that the guarantee doesn't cover this type of damage! This is clearly a defect: the stone DARKENED, and the ring isn't even a year old yet. They tried cleaning it, but the stain didn't come out; they said the stone is permanently stained. While the photo below doesn't show it as clearly due to the lighting, the issue is evident to the naked eye, making the ring look like a cheap piece of jewelry bought for a dollar. I used to be a loyal customer of this store, but after this situation, I won't be anymore. I'm extremely disappointed, especially with the poor customer service I received from the staff. I sincerely hope that the Pandora team takes action, as this is ABSURD. Additionally, I was told to call a number where I've been waiting for over an hour, and no one answers. This is unacceptable. Pandora, I hope you contact me urgently!”
